I am a soon to be new mom, I am 9 mos pregnant, My lanlord wants to evict me after she failed to make repairs on my house I am renting, She left me with raw sewage in my basemant and no hot water for weeks, I am unable to afford to stay here and have no money to leave, The house is in such bad condition that code enforcement has condemend it and asked me to leave, There are shelters to go to but there is a waiting list, I dont want to bring my new baby home to a homeless shelter. Due to a heart condition I cannot return to work until the baby is born , any money I would need would be short term until i go back to work. I need help so bad and it seems like no one can help me, no banks nothing, I just need enough money to find a new place of my own, approx.$1500, the father of my unborn was murdered 5 mos ago in a drive by shooting, my mother has suffered from cancer for a little over 3 years now and her medical bills are so high I couldnt possibly ask her for anything, I am lost, If I cannot receive any financial help any emotional and encouraging words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated, I dont want to sound desperate(although i do) but I WILL do anything for my child to be happy and grow up in a place where we dont have to share a room with 10 other strangers.
